Tasha was very easy to work with and made herself available on holidays and weekends when we were able to come to the area and look. She was personable and a great advocate for us. She taught us about the market and communities in which to buy. There were some hic ups at the final walk through as the seller didn't do as promised, Tasha handled it all professionally and had it fix properly by close. As we are from the east coast, our knowledge of the area is limited. But, being a native of Poulsbo, Tasha was able to share her knowledge and insights as we weighed alternatives. While her intimate knowledge of the local market was definitely a strong plus, more important to us as customers was her accessability and commitment to meeting our needs. Always cheerful, and consistently available when we wanted to see properties or had questions to be answered, Tasha defines for us what a great real estate agent should offer to clients. Once we had made a decision, Tasha's displayed a hands-on approach to working out details. Processing documents is so much easier with online tools like Authentisign and Tasha has full command of these resources. She also stepped in and helped coordinate with home inspectors and the title company. She kept us informed of progress and let us know when something was required of us. Tasha was on top of everything right to the point of closing, and she was the one to hand us the keys to our new home. Although Tasha certainly made us feel like we might be her only client in the moment, we know that she was managing multiple customers and her ability to focus on us when we needer her attention is a clear indication of her professionalism and commitment to customer service. Spent 1/2 a day and the next taking us from house to house. Let us talk about the houses with no pressure to get a certain house. Did not try to force a house on us we weren't interested in. Had some follow up questions after the closing and she still helped out. We took up a lot of her time and she never made us feel like we were a burden on her.
